Anti-Fraud Statement

Dear Customers,
Iwatani Taiwan will never request your financial account information or credit card details through SMS or phone calls for any reason, nor will we ask you to visit a bank branch or use an ATM via these methods.
If you receive any related calls or messages, please stay alert and do not trust any suspicious calls or instructions. If in doubt, please contact Iwatani Taiwan immediately or call the National Police Agency’s anti-scam hotline at 165 for verification.
When receiving calls from unknown numbers starting with “+”, “+2”, or “+886”, please remain cautious. Be especially wary of tactics where scammers alter phone numbers or impersonate companies, banks, or government agencies. Also, do not click on any suspicious links or accept messages from unknown LINE contacts or SMS.
Common scam methods include tactics like “duplicate orders” or “incorrect installment payment settings” to gain consumer trust, followed by requests to perform online banking or ATM operations. If the issue involves bank accounts, please contact your bank directly. If a call instructs you to perform any transactions or provide sensitive information, refuse immediately to reduce the risk of fraud.
We also recommend regularly changing your passwords, using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and strengthening your password. Avoid entering login information on public computers to improve information security.
